FALL HARVEST DINNER

Join the Nova Scotia Cider Association and the Nova Scotia Community College (Akerley Campus) for a special evening celebrating Nova Scotia’s cider makers, orchards and the distinctive character of the RED SKY Cider Appellation.

Enjoy communal table seating, creating an opportunity to meet fellow cider and food enthusiasts while hearing the stories behind the producers, orchards, craftsmanship and terroir that define the RED SKY Appellation.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy exceptional hospitality, professional service and a memorable dining experience, presented by students from NSCC’s Culinary Management and Hotel & Restaurant Management programs under the guidance of NSCC chefs and faculty.

By joining us for this special evening, you’ll also be helping to support the next generation of culinary and hospitality professionals, with a portion of the proceeds going toward establishing a NSCC scholarship.
