A Toast to the Ghosts: Haunted Ghost Tour

6–7:30 pm tour, followed by a drink
Join storyteller Vince MacNeil for A Night of Horror in Sydney, a guided walk through Cape Breton’s Gaelic legends and Sydney’s haunted North End. Trivia in support of Hospice Cape Breton

Round up your cleverest friends (or at least the ones who know the most random facts!) for an evening of general trivia at Island Folk. From pop culture to Grade 4 science, you never know what might come up! Teams of 2–8 people are welcome, with a $5 donation per person supporting hospice care in Cape Breton. Mermaid is popping up at Island Folk with pizza burgers and strawberry shortcake to celebrate Shortcake Sally, Island Folk’s strawberry vanilla cider. Made with Nova Scotia apples and strawberries, Shortcake Sally is fruit-forward, lightly tart and has a hint of vanilla bean.
